Client Referral Program
We appreciate having you as a customer and quite honestly, wish we had more like you. So instead of just wishing, we’ve decided to create a special referral program specifically for the clients we value the most (that’s you!).
Here’s how it works:
- Fill in your contact information below
- Fill in the contact information for 3 or more businesses you would like to refer to us*
- Click the “Submit Form” button
That’s it! By referring 3 or more businesses to us, we will provide both your business and the businesses you refer with a free Cybersecurity Risk Assessment, which is a $199 value each! Your referral doesn’t have to buy a thing. We just want to give you an ethical “bribe” to introduce us to some of your vendors, business colleagues and clients.
What Is A Cybersecurity Risk Assessment And Why Would Someone Want This?
We will provide every person you refer a completely free cybersecurity risk assessment of their IT security (provided they are not already a customer of ours).
But why should they want this? Because most business owners don’t have a qualified 3rd party verify if their current IT company or person is actually doing what they should to protect them from ransomware and cyber-attacks. And since none of us should “proofread” our own work, this is a simple, easy and FREE way for them to get a quick check on just how safe they are. This assessment is simple, easy to deploy and completely confidential. At the end of the assessment, your colleagues will know for sure if they have unaddressed security loop holes that are putting them at risk of being exposed to a costly, devastating cyberattack.
Also note that your referral will be under no obligation to buy anything or use our services. Obviously, we would appreciate that opportunity, but we will treat them with “kid gloves” and provide value. We simply see this as a way of introducing our services to them without risk or obligation. We also promise to be 100% respectful of their time and will not harass them with sales calls if they are not interested in taking us up on our offer.
Who Is A Good Referral For Us?
Our best-fit clients are businesses located within a 60-mile radius of Cadillac, MI that have between 5 and 50 computers. Here’s a list of people in your network that might be a good referral for us:
- Your current clients
- Your trusted advisors (CPA, attorney, insurance broker, marketing consultant, etc.)
- Your other vendors (landlord, suppliers, recruiter, etc.)
- Your affiliate network or peer group you belong to
- Your neighbors, other friends, and colleagues.
Like you, we work hard to deliver top-notch services and tremendous value to EARN referrals from happy clients. If we’ve delivered that to you, then one of the best ways to show your appreciation is to refer a new client. Of course, we NEVER take this for granted, so if we have not earned the right to receive a referral from you, please let us know that too so we can immediately address anything you’re not satisfied with.
Thank you in advance for your support!
*If you refer someone to us that is already a customer, we will let you know so you can refer someone else so you can still qualify for a free Cybersecurity Risk Assessment.
Referrals Submitted Successfully
I wanted to express my appreciation for your customer referral to our business! I value your confidence in our products and services and enabling us to build new business relationships.
Can we ask you for one more favor? Can you please let the people you refer to us know that you listed them as a referral? It just helps our process if your referral knows ahead of time that we will be contacting them. For example, you could send them an email like what is listed below:
Sample email you could send to the contacts you referred:
Hi there,
I just wanted to reach out and let you know that I referred you to Allpro Technology, our trusted IT service provider. My contact, Wes Brown, provides a number of cybersecurity solutions for small businesses. They’ve made a generous offer to the businesses we refer.
Allpro Technology has offered to provide a free Cyber Security Risk Assessment for the businesses we refer. This assessment will scan your systems and networks looking for any security lapses. The information gathered is used to provide a report of actionable security issues. With this assessment from a qualified third party, you’ll know for sure whether your company is protected from cybersecurity threats.
Even if you already have an IT company or team, a qualified, independent assessment of your IT security can provide valuable insights. They’ll let you know of any areas that need improvement, so you can take a proactive approach to addressing them. That way you can avoid an embarrassing, costly and disruptive cyber-event.
Sincerely,
Wes Brown
