As part of our continued growth, we’re looking for a Level 2 IT Service Technician to join our skilled and collaborative team.

 

Position Overview:
As a Level 2 IT Service Technician, you will be a key player in supporting our clients’ IT environments. You’ll handle escalated support requests, perform onsite visits, and contribute to the implementation of IT projects. This is a hybrid role that combines remote troubleshooting with hands-on, onsite service—ideal for someone who enjoys variety and problem-solving in a fast-paced MSP setting.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Level 2 technical support for client systems, including desktops, servers, networks, and cloud services.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve service tickets efficiently and professionally.
  • Escalate service tickets to Level 3 technicians as needed.
  • Perform onsite visits for hardware installations, network diagnostics, and client support.
  • Assist with onboarding new clients and deploying IT infrastructure.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of client systems, issues, and resolutions.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of internal processes and client satisfaction.

 

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in IT support, preferably within an MSP or similar environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, networking, and cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, Azure).
  • Experience with Active Directory, remote monitoring tools (RMM), and ticketing systems (PSA).
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for onsite support.
